To better prepare communities to mitigate the risks posed by droughts and other disasters through community based planning, capacity building, and action

ACTIVITIES

Facilitation of community disaster management and rangeland management plans, Formation and Training of Pastoral field schools, Provision of grants to PFS, Formation and training of VICOBA/VSLAs, Facilitation of exchange visits between Community Disaster Management Committes, PFS and government authorities.
